Took my lexus to a exhaust shop. Re-did the whole system from o2 sensors to the tip. Lots of rust. Some pipes disconnected... got new muffler and all that

Now it seems the manifolds are still leaking. Dealership wants 600+ per side for parts. According to the exhaust shop guy, manifolds (with cats) must be carb compliant. I saw manifolds on amazon for half the price the dealership wants, but it turns out they are not carb compliant.

Now dealership is checking for leaks around manifolds but it seems ill be getting both sides anyway and im hoping their manifolds are carb compliant.

It’s gonna be thousands before it’s all fixed.

EDIT: According EPA, OE parts can be what they are. Only the after market cats must be CARB compliant. So if I get them from Stealership, i should be ok.
